My hosting got automatically deleted. What to do?

Respected Sir / Ma'am‌‌, I was trying to delete my Trail Version of Website + Marketing setup but my Hosting got deleted Automatically (This happened on the same day when Google went shutdown globally for 30min in India). I had several websites connected to this account but that's not my main concern. The main concern is I have left up with one more year of my Hosting Plan, which will expires on November 2021. I contacted the customer care executive several times, they are coming up with only one answer and suggestion .. asking me to pay for it. BUT WHY? but why you cannot approve me to access my Ac Services which has been Already Paid at my end???. and how come without any notification my account got deleted even if it deleted accidentally .. I am a regular customer and purchased many domains and services since last two years, you can check it out in my account. Thanks & Regards [phone removed] [email removed]
