Withdraw an amount without any orders from me

today i found withdraw operation for $34 without any requestes from me and i can`t call on phone and no email for support

The volunteer users in this community forum have no access to your account or ability to provide a refund. You'll need to contact the GoDaddy Customer Care team in order to have them process the refund in your account. If you had auto-renewal on your products, that is your consent for the products to be renewed. You may remove that feature at any time.

 

First, check the Refund Policy to be sure that your purchase is refundable. Then you can follow the instructions here to cancel the renewed products in your account. Refunds are not automatic and need to be processed by an agent.

I would recommend calling our billing dept, if you are having issues finding the phone number here is a great site with all of our numbers! https://www.godaddy.com/contact-us

I did some more digging here for ya and it look like agents on our Billing department are the only people that can look up charges like this and they are only available via telephone. Sorry. ☹️
