pleasa send back my money

I renew today my wildcard certificate, *.microstation.hu

 

the system then deducted the fee twice

Please, send back 257,43 EUR to

This is not normal, the last time I bought from this company.
They don’t have a chat interface, they don’t have a normal support email address.
