Domain Key Not Working

I initiated a domain transfer to Namecheap yesterday and received an email asking me to review and update my contact information for ICANN. However, when I follow the link in the email and use the domain key provided, it tells me, "This key is invalid. Please try again." What do I need to do here?

What "key" was given and who gave it to you? Was it from GoDaddy? Namecheap? Was the email to review your ICANN info from Namecheap?
