Domain change, keep original website name - domain is with webcity

I already have a website with a asn.au address and the domain is with webcity. 1. can I keep using webcity but have a new website with the asn.au name (its too hard and expensive to change branding and clothing) or 2. move the domain to godaddy and have a new website still with the asn.au name?

You should be able to point the domain to a new IP address (new website)

Or if Webcity doesn't allow you to update the IP you should be able to transfer the domain to GoDaddy
