My domain transfer removed



In last November I did a domain transfer to GoDaddy,

but there was a problem in the domain.


I contacted GoDaddy team, they told me that the domain blocked by ICANN till 13 Jan and we cannot transfer it before that date.


Before a couple of days I received a message from GoDaddy that they delete the transfer action (I don't know why),.


I'm trying to contact the online service for more than 3 days but i found it offline,

I didn't find any support email to contact them, and I didn't receive any money refund.


Any Advice please?!

Well, that was an unexpected surprise. It's likely that the transfer request timed out (30 days) before it was eligible to begin due to the hold. Just contact support for a credit and they can get it started over again for you.
