Unable to request authorization code for a transfer

10 days ago domain name from another GoDaddy was sent to my account.

I saw in the domain panel; It was going to be locked for 10 days.
When 10 days done, I was login to my account for transfer it from Godaddy to another registar but this time it says it will be locked for 60 days.
This process between two different Godaddy accounts, Why it was going to locked for 60 days?
I need to transfer this domain urgently, but I can not get the Auth Code.
Please help in as urgently!

@poetank Yes, thats because a change of contact info (ie account transfer to another account) locks the domain name at Godaddy for 60 days. This is explained to you when you click the 3 checkmarks when accepting the domain name into your account. You'll be able to transfer the domain name to another registrar after this period is over.

Re: Unable to request authorization code for a transfer

You say, This procedure is for domain security.
Domain is mine. As long as it is my approval, It isn't have of staying lock.
I demand that it be unlock and I want to get Auth code.

@poetank it's not a rule made by Godaddy, its a rule set in place by ICANN. There is no way to override it.

"Please note, if you decide to update the Administrative Contact email, a 60-day lock will be placed on your domain, if there is not currently a Registered Name Holder email address. You should read the registrar's terms and conditions carefully before performing any updates or contact your registrar directly for more information."
