When I click on my products when click on manage webhost it says the page can't be reached. So I can't log in to edit my control panel files, what is wrong?
If you know your site IP address try logging in with a browser like so:
If unsure of your site IP then a quick look at the last configured settings in FileZilla or whatever other program you use to upload your files should tell you.

Having the same issue here - also cannot access FTP through the browser. Hosting Chat Support is offline too. Is there any way to get information from GoDaddy about this problem and when we can expect it to be resolved? Thank you.
