Not receiving emails via Contact Form

I downloaded the code from http://form.guide/files/contact-form/contact-form-attachment-1.zip for a demo file http://form.guide/files/contact-form/contact-form-attachment-1/contactform.php and followed steps provided in the instructions and successfully got the code embedded in my webpage.

The instruction says:

1. Unzip the downloaded contact form code.
2. Edit contactform.php and edit the email address to your email address

$formproc->AddRecipient('name@your-website.com');//<<---Put your email address here

When I fill in all the details and click on submit, I get a "Thank you!!" message too, but its been nearly 2hours and I have still not received the email to the address I provided in contactform.php.

Please provide your expert recommendations as to where I am going wrong.

Hello @Raghavendra, the first thing you'll want to try is putting in a different email address for receiving the messages.  You'll need to make sure that the email address you're using is a unique domain address and not a Gmail, Yahoo, or other common free service.  If you test another unique email address and you're still unable to receive the messages, please give our live support teams a call for further assistance.  Thanks.
