Hello,
I'm using a GoDaddy cPanel shared Linux web hosting account and Php 5.4 globally.
I would like to set Php 7.1 to be limited to a single folder in my account, keeping Php 5.4 version for the rest of my account.
I did various tests with the php.ini .user.ini and .htaccess files without results.
I hope somebody can give me some suggestion.

Hi @daddy (lol),
I don't think it's possible with the current configuration of shared hosting. I think the PHP version is per account.
But you can check with support to see what they say.
Hope it helps!
I've contacted the support and they told me that you can't run different php versions at the same time, suggesting to buy on another account to run an additional php version !!!
Someone please tell me if there is another hosting that imposes this limitation ...
SiteGround allows you to set the PHP version on a folder-by-folder basis. This should be an option with GoDaddy. Ugh.
I agree. It should be an available option.
