Billing - Unauthorized Charges

Go Daddy needs to re-train their reps who charge your account an obscene amount of money without your authorization.  And they do it twice!  You also can't get a hold of anyone at Go Daddy.  You can't email them, when over a decade ago you could.  You can't call them or you get a fast busy signal telling you the line is busy.   Is this 1974?

Thank you for posting. It sounds like you had some services setup to automatically renew. You can turn that off at any time. You can reach out team by phone and, in some areas, chat. If chat's available in your area, you can access it at the top or bottom right of this page.
