My clients page has a contact form on it that typically sends an email to the office manager. It has not been working and Go Daddy support said it was due to a virus and being blacklisted on Norton.
Cleaned the site and got off the blacklist, but problem still persists. Plugins are all updated.
Any insights most appreciated. Thanks!
perhaps you can provide a some more detail than "not working". It works on the site from a user perspective.....where does the email get blocked? what do logs say?
From the user perspective, it appears the message is going through and there is no error message when they hit "submit." The email recipient is not receiving any messages (she has checked spam/junk). Logs look good, but will check again.
