Now the chat is disabled, they are backed up with calls and lying that the issue on Wordpress is resolved when its not, we have lost data, clients, money and more and they dont seem to admit how bad this issue is. We have a major update and announcement that was missed ruining an even that has over 2500 people attending. Lets see what they do for people because we are OUT OF HERE
Hi @stp. I'm sorry to hear you've had difficulties with your WordPress site/account. There was a fairly large issue with our Managed WordPress environment last week. The issues involved sites opening to error messages or timing out. That issue has been resolved. If you're site(s) were experiencing this due to something else while the issue was ongoing, it would have been nearly impossible for our care team to investigate it. However, now that the issue has been resolved, if you're still having the problem, I'd suggest contacting our hosting support team so they can take a closer look at what's going on in your case specifically.
