    HTTP ERROR 500

I have a problem accessing my website for about 3 weeks now. Whenever I try to login to my admin account or just typing the url, I get this message:

    This page isn’t working

hiddengemstheblog.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    HTTP ERROR 500
Since I can't login to my admin account, I can not check the pluggins (which I've been told might be the issue). Any insights on how I can sort this out?

Hi @Atunitsirc. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! If you're not able to access your WordPress site but need to disable plugins, there are a few ways you can do that. This article goes into how you can do it via the site's database. Hope that helps.
