    Hosting/Wordpress Support was a poor customer service experience for me

    It is absolutely absurd that a customer should wait over one hour for your support team to press a button in order to let us even have access to what we would need access to in order to resolve the issue. Why does your staging sync consistently get stuck and then restrict access to the most important parts of the hosting dashboard? Why does your support team tell me to wait 24 hours for this to be fixed when my website is DOWN? Why can none of the support members I get in contact with resolve the issue without contacting 7 other co workers? There is nothing 'award-winning' about this.
