Yes just go to your file manager FTP
then delete your WordPress root directories. They are folders, do not forget to remove any databases too
so that your environment is organised.

I see a whole host of files and folders. Nothing I have any interest in.
Might you be able to confirm if there are any files/folders I should definitely not be deleted? Me selecting all and deleting will not cause any issues?
If you want to delete your WordPress, files and folder you sure can.
When you install WordPress again, it will generate all new files.
It will be less confusing to have duplicate files.
So yes your going to be just fine if you delete your WordPress files
all inside of the WordPress folder that you named.
If you wanted to be on the safe side you could cut or download your folder to your desktop
just to see what happens, then delete if you wish to.
