Can I get refund domain broker service?

I bought domain broker service.

But I got email a week ago that the domain may not be for sale.

And then they don't say anything until now..even didn't reply my email.

We didn't submitted a bid on the domain the service was purchased for.

So, How can we get refund?

@julie5 According to Godaddy's refund policy you are eligible for a refund if you did not submit a bid. You'll need to contact Godaddy with your receipt number for a refund:

Domain: Auctions, Buy Service (you may request a refund ONLY IF you have not submitted a bid on the domain the service was purchased for), Consolidation or Monitoring
