Domain Forward Issue

My Domain Forward worked fine up until a few days ago. Nothing was changed. I made no changes. About 4 days ago it started going to the error page. 

 This site can’t be reached" error before forwarding?

Why would I be getting a "this site can’t be reached" error only very briefly, before being forwarded to the site that I forwarded my domain at? 
It sometimes goes to error and after several seconds it loads the site. Or I have to manually refresh it sometimes. Other times it is loading right up. But most times it is not. 

I think my settings are right because it was working perfect for over a month

The GoDaddy forwarding system does not support HTTPS forwarding meaning that 

http://www.SimplyByChrisNails.com will work however

https://www.SimplyByChrisNails.com  will not work

 

it is possible you were using Masking - which I've seen reports has been having issues - I personally do not recommend masking as it uses an older coding method (iFrames) which many sites are blocking by default due to security issues.

I changed nothing. I was not using masking. And it worked perfect for weeks. I will test with masking on. And see what difference it makes. Thank you 

Adding Masking made it worse. 
Http with no S also made it worse. 
This is all so very strange. As it worked perfect before.
