    Domain cancelled

    one of the domain on my account was cancelled without any notification and no refund. it's just about a week since i purchased it.

    which i do a domain search, it shows it's been taken

    I would only be able to make guesses.  You can contact support directly with your user ID and pin handy so they can look into the issue.
