Hi, I want to know that what is the price of .com extension .

here ,when open website then price is 139 PKR

AFTER SEARCH 

 WHEN CHECKOUT IT BECOMES 1418 PKR

I believe if you change the registration length to be 2 years you will get the lower price for the first year. 

It shows as 139 "For the first year with a 2 year registration"

You've only selected 1 year so you are still getting a discounted price but not the super deep discount - also it is my experience at least in the US that GoDaddy only allows 1 domain at the $0.99 price for the first year as a promo
