I do not receive .EU domain

I purchased 4 different domains .co.uk .eu .app .us

I paid and received confirmation email.

I received all 3, but not .eu

I am from Lithuania and they do not have customer service for my country.

I tried to call customer service in Ireland, but it does not answer.

 

How do I receive my .eu domain?

Hi @Vytautas,

 

Thanks for posting. Yesterday we were experiencing issues where customers were unable to register, renew, delete, redeem or update any .EU domains but that has since been resolved. You Should have your .EU domain in your account, if you still do not see it, you should contact customer support.
