Need a gut check on my DNS

I have DNS being managed for tegdesign.com at GoDaddy. I'm hoping someone can help me with a gut check. Screen Shot 2020-02-24 at 11.29.20 PM.png

Essentially I have GoDaddy point to a DigitalOcean droplet and I have my MX records setup for Google G-Suite.

What I'm finding strange is I'm not seeing DNS propagated globally:

Few issus I'm seeing:

  1. I tried accessing my website using tegdesign.com on my mobile device (Sprint network) and I can't get it to load.
  2. I tried sending my self an email from my work account (non-google) to my G-Suite account and I got a bounce back.

Note: I can access my website using the ip address:

104.131.52.76

The Google Dig tool doesn't bring back any results either:

Same thing for MX records:Screen Shot 2020-02-24 at 11.36.25 PM.png

I'm scratching my head. Did I overlook something when setting up the DNS?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I suggest contacting GoDaddy and ask them to do a Zone File Refresh - this will resync your DNS settings with the servers as it seems like domain isn't being pushed out correctly
