Need to appeal: Where can we appeal?

We bought one domain on Godaddy last year. Today we want to use it, but, that domain disappears. The Godaddy help tell us that the auto renew failed, but when we ask why it fails,there is no answer again. What can we do now? How we get back the domain?

You didn't mention what your domain is or when it expired.

1) If it expired and you are outside the redemption period you can just attempt to re-register the domain

2) If it expired and is still within the redemption period it should be in your account still, but require an additional restoration fee.

3) If someone else registered it that is going to be the hardest one to get back - GoDaddy does offer a Domain Broker service (for a fee) to help purchase a domain from someone else.

 

I will say that GoDaddy does send a number of emails when domains and other products and coming up for renewal - and if you don't renew something they send a number of emails after the fact to let you know  / give you the opportunity to renew it before it's 100% canceled / deleted
