Thanks to your message. My subscription to this is actually with .com, instead of .cn.
Nowadays, the support Email of GoDaddy is not supporting us well, as I prefer to use Email support, rather than calling them.

Again the domain listed in the screenshot provided is .cn (findahome.cn), a whois search shows HuaMin Chen as owner.
The .com equivalent (findahome.com) has been registered for over 20 years now, and the whois says it is owned by someone in Denmark.
You must upload a document showing you are a resident or business eledgeable for the domain, the information would be on your document.
