Subdomain forwarding not working

I have help.mydomainname.com set up to forward to sos.splashtop.com. It's been working fine for some time. This morning it doesn't resolve. I still see it in the DNS management for my domain. Is there a problem?

Forwarding worked and the utility auto-downloaded without issue

The forwarding that's not working is help.uuinsurance.com

Thank you.

Thanks for trying it. That's interesting because I've tried it from a couple different locations this morning and it didn't work. I just retried one of them and it still doesn't. But then I just tried a third that I'm able to log into remotely, and it works fine.
