Unable to add forwarding

I went in to domain settings and it is not allowing me to make any changes. I have had success in the past forwarding to another URL. I would like to add URLs for forwarding.

For this you will need to reach out to GoDaddy as there does seem to be something locked on the site.

I've moved your post to a new thread.

From your post it sounds like you went into the DNS Manager and it is not allowing you to add forwarding.

This could be caused by a template being assigned to the domain, or if you have the domain linked with a hosting product therefore it has locked doing updates for the main IP record

When I first bought my domain, only .co was available. Several years later the .com domain became available so I got it. I was able to forward the .com to the .co. I have other domains that I want to forward to the original .co but now can't seem to make any changes.

Thank you for your fast reply

Can you post a screen capture showing where you cannot make the change.
