Unable to reach my website after creating a subdomain

Hey guys, 

I have been facing an issue lately. I have created a subdomain for my main website with the name forums.beyondgains.com. But when I try to reach it as www.forums.beyondgains.com  it says

This site can’t be reached

www.forums.beyondgains.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Earlier it was possible for me to reach this subdomain when I added www to it but now it doesnt work. I need to add https:// instead of www to it. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like you were able to work out the issue with https://www.forums.beyondgains.com/ as I see it's resolving without any issue on this end. If you're needing to setup an automatic redirect for all traffic to resolve to 'https', you'll want to review this article.
