configuring email

Worked two days on this and am at my wits end.

I can transmit emails just fine but cannot receive.

Believe that somehow the propblem is wrapped around the MX / DKIM / SPF records because thats where the errors are showing up in CPANEL but makeing changes to my DNS management page for my account doesn't seem to have any effect.

What is your domain - If it registered at GoDaddy - more than likely the DNS is in the GoDaddy system - not the cPanel account https://dcc.godaddy.com/manage/YOURDOMAIN.com/dns
