    Actively attempting to hack into email account

    My email was hacked several months ago.  For the past several days when I try to log into my account I get the "You appear to be having trouble logging in...try again in ten minutes" message so they appear to be at it again.

    Can GoDaddy  do anything to stop them?

    Easiest thing to do here is to change all your passwords. Additionally, if you're hosting on a Linux or Plesk server as well as using that email, I would suggest getting Website Security from GoDaddy. There's a good chance that the site itself may be hacked and that's how they keep regaining access.
