Hi
I am an independant consultant and until recently I was the only email user. However, now I am creating email users who are temproary/contract consultants and subcontractors.
1. Can you explain how I can view their emails (inbound/outbound) - they are aware that this will be happening.
The instructions I found were for Office365-Normal vs Office365-GoDaddy .. they seem to bear no relation to what i'm seeing in the GoDaddy email admin.
2. I am paying for annual subscriptions for users who may use their emails for a limited time. Can I transfer these Users to new people if needed?
3. I'm finding the GoDaddy Office 365 admin centre clunky to use now I have multiple users - how do I transfer to the regular Microsoft Office 365 instead?
Thanks

Hello @britalexc!
Thank you for your post! I can definitely help with these questions!
1. You are able to assign "full access permissions" on any user under your organization. Here is an article that would walk you through it:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10048/accessing-other-people-s-mailboxes-in-office-365
2. Yes, you are able to rename any email user on your account at anytime! This would also allow the content from the previous email user (all sent and received emails) to remain in the email. If you do not want the content to remain, you would delete the email user and then wait 5 minutes for the credit to release so you can create the new email user. You can use the steps below to change the username:
3. The interface for these options would be the same on Microsoft directly or through GoDaddy Office 365. If you'd like to know more, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team so they can walk you through all of this.
Best wishes!
