Hi, I set up email through the MS 365 exchange, works find. I followed instructions to add it to apple mail and it won't receive mail. I'm getting the following kickback to the email I'm sending from:
550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.
I did a test and I can send, but it won't receive. Thoughts?
This sounds like an MX record issue - what is your domain name?
