I transferred my hosting and left the domain registration with another provider. I changed the DNS 4 days ago but my mail is still not coming through. According to the domain provider the settings are correct. What else can I check to see where the problem may be?

It sounds like you are keeping an email plan at the other provider and using their MX records. You may wish to check with them to be sure CNames are in place as well (as they are required for certain types of email). If your email plan is with us, please contact our support team so they can take a look for you.
