Email accounts expiring


I have recently paid my products but i still get that my email accounts are expiring and i actually have a forward that it expired for a while now.


Why is this happening?

Hi @combinu. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! My guess would be that you're using a free email product that has been upgraded in some way. I'm not sure why you'd be getting an expiration warning unless the product is actually going to expire. Email forwards shouldn't really expire unless they were purchased at one time (which was possible long ago). I'd suggest getting in touch with our customer care team if you're still having problems. If you are using free accounts and they expire, it's sometimes not possible to get them back.
