    GoDaddy SMTP - Connection Refused

    I have setup smtp details into Magento 2 site https://leisuremod.com/.  But whenever i test email then i getting "Connection Refused" error. Before some time it is working. But now it is not working. 

     

    Can you please check it and give me solution?
