I'm trying to find Email Forwarding under "Additional Products" section on my account page but the page is empty and cannot find the above mentioned sections.

Generally, this section only appears if you have active credits awarded through a qualifying purchase such as a domain name registration. If you have a live domain in your account, but still don't see this, then you'll need to contact our live support for further assistance in getting those credits applied.
