I have subscribed to the office 365 business/email plan. I access my outlook email through the web. I am able to receive emails, and I cannot sent any emails. The composed emails go directly to the draft folder. Is anyone having the same issue? I have spoken to the tech support yesterday, and they try to help me over the phone to no avail. Supposedly, I am to check back with them within 72 hours. That's a 3-days of not able to respond to my clients from my outlook work email. Is anyone having the same issue?
