I have a few subfolders in my inbox that are deleted according to Webmail, but still annoyingly there in Outlook 2016. The option in both the Ribbon and when right-clicking to Delete Folder is grayed out. When I attempt to move the folders, I am informed "Cannot move the items. Cannot move folder; access is denied. To check your permissions for the folder, right-click the folder, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions." I am the folder owner, and the admin, and when I go to the properties for ANY of my subfolders, it doesn't have permissions listed anywhere.
