Unable to connect to Zoho SMTP Mail server

Hi,

I am on Linux Shared hosting. I have a 3rd Party (zoho mail) mail server. MX records are configured as per the Zoho guidance. Normal mail communication works fine.

I am trying to send automated mail using node.js nodemailer script over ZOHO SMTP mail server. the script works fine in my local server however server in Godaddy host refuses to connect. I am getting following error

{ Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 103.89.75.236:465
at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:1106:14)
errno: 'ECONNREFUSED',
code: 'ESOCKET',
syscall: 'connect',
address: '103.89.75.236',
port: 465,
command: 'CONN' }

I am using following code

const transporter = nodemailer.createTransport({
    host: 'smtp.zoho.in',
    port: 465,
    secure: true,
    auth: {
        user: '********@****.com',
        pass: '**********'
    }
});

Please help with the solution here. I tried calling support but they were not of any help.

Only option is really to use the GoDaddy relay server - or something with an API

I believe the issue maybe that the server is blocking the external SMTP server

Could be @PL281. Is there any solution/work-around to this issue?
