Unable to send message from my Gmail account to my GoDaddy Office365 Email account

From my Office365 outlook, I sent a message to 3 recipients, user1 yahoo account, user2 gmail account, user3 gmail account. All 3 recipients received the message. However, when replying back from each of the three users, user3 could not send a reply...or send a brand new message. Getting an address not found with the following error message. "The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist...." Please help.

I would call into support so they can take a look at your DNS. You might have a mix of incorrect MX records for your domain. Meaning you could have a old mail server record mixed in with O365 and the internet doesn't know where to send to. Hopefully this helps!
