Unable to set up Office 365 email - This domain is in use
I have today purchased an Office 365 email for one of my domains, however when I try to set it up I receive the following;
This domain is in use
has already been used to set up an Office 365 account at Microsoft®.
It says I need to log into the Microsoft account and remove it from there before I can set up a new email, however I have never had a Microsoft account under this domain. Can anyone please advise how I proceed? I assumed it'd be a simple set up but it appears not...
Thanks for posting and being a part of GoDaddy Community. It seems like someone else may have had that domain and used Office 365 prior to you registering it with us, the best thing to do would be to contact Microsoft directly about this.
