    Using Website Email From Another Host

    Hi Everyone,

     

    My friend has a domain and email hosted with another host (transip.nl). His website is hosted on shared hosting with GoDaddy.

     

    The DNS settings for the website are correct and working fine. The website is live and can be navigated. 

    I have added the DNS settings (MX and TXT) for the email service, set TTL to 600 seconds - but they aren't working. He can login to the web mail client from TransIP and send mail. However, he is not getting any email replies. Moreover, the replies aren't being bounced back as undeliverable.

     

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!
