Zoho Mail not working in godaddy

Hi all,I'm facing the mail sending issue in my website.
Currently I'm using zoho Mail free service in my website to send mails. For this i have set the mx records as well as cname in godaddy "manage DNS" but still I'm facing the same issue.
Error :"Failure mail sending".
Please help...

Perhaps the godaddy support team did not fully understand your questions, I see your English is not great. Perhaps phoning support that speaks your native language would be a better option?

If you further give me your domain name I can run a few checks to see if your mail servers respond to requests, but without access my hands are tied.....................

I do also notice that ZOHO give free trial periods, has this been used up?

I have sent an email to your gmail email address......... please check junk mail
