Perhaps the godaddy support team did not fully understand your questions, I see your English is not great. Perhaps phoning support that speaks your native language would be a better option?

If you further give me your domain name I can run a few checks to see if your mail servers respond to requests, but without access my hands are tied.....................
I do also notice that ZOHO give free trial periods, has this been used up?
i haven't got the solution for " Zoho Mail not working in godaddy" issue.Kindly help with the same.
