mail configured from my cpanel Admin on Godaddy is not receiving emails

HE1EUR02FT019.mail.protection.outlook.com rejected your message to the following email addresses: info@deedsconsultng.com (info@deedsconsultng.com) Your message was rejected by the recipient's domain because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:

Your domain deedsconsultng.com is configured to use Office 365 for the mail if you are using your cPanel server instead you need to adjust your MX records. Note you cannot use both Office 365 and the cPanel email at the same time.

Thanks @PL281, but how can i adjust my MX Records? please help thanks

You would have to go into the GoDaddy DNS (https://dcc.godaddy.com) and then remove the office 365 MX record. I would then add an A record for mail which points to your cPanel IP address and then setup your MX record for mail.yourdomain.com

 

Keep in mind if you are using office 365 you will no longer receive mail there - as I stated you can only have mail in one place.
