How long ago did you clean out the inbox? Also, have you checked other folders to make sure you don't have saved messages there as well? If everything has been cleaned out recently, it might just be taking a little time to update within the web mail interface.
If it's not updated within 24 hours, you should reach out to our live support so they can take a closer look. It's possible the account just needs a re-sync to the mail server to reflect the current usage.
