Company considering the move to SSL for a simple, Non-E-Commerce site hosted by GD.
Currently I develop this site on an in-shop computer, using IIS, DreamWeaver8, and upload changes using standard FTP. Typical Stuff.
Is there anything I need to know about modifying my IDE to match the sites new SSL?
I'm not concerned about securing the IDE or FTP sides of things. The SSL is only needed for the site to satisfy Googles Chrome upgrades in July.
Can I leave the local-development-computer, and DW8, as is (not SSL) and still upload changes to a SSL website?
Thanks For Any Help.
