I can't speak to your specific situation @FirasRehawi but I have found GoDaddy in the part to be great with these kinds of upgrades. In my personal experiences you can usual get an account credit or the amount already invested applied when you upgrade. Of course each situation is different but as soon as you are aware you should contact customer support. I find that phone contact is best in this type of situation.
