Wildcard SSL applies to some subdomains and not others

Hi,

I have a certificate from Lets Encrypt that covers my domain at its root level and for subdomains using wildcard.
The regular subdomains, cpanel, mail etc all use the Wildcard certificate without issue; However for any newly created subdomains, i.e test it does not find the correct certificate and on the CPanel section for checking SSL status it says for the test subdomain it says no certificate available even though the other subdomains are able to user the certificate.

The domain in question is: jackdonnelly.dev
The certificate used covers *.jackdonnelly.dev and jackdonnelly.dev
Thanks in advance.
