I have already talked to tech support and they have been unable to help me solve the text issue. I received the test text from a smartline number, but have been unable to receive and/or send texts to numbers that are not smartline. I've tested with several individuals on different networks as well. It's not my phone and the number is not blocked! I'm very frustrated. I did send a private message to AlohaHelen but haven't heard back on that yet. Hopefully I will... grasping at straws because I need this solved asap. Thank you!
