Using WordPress

Hi, I have a made a website on wordpress. Now i Want to customize it. Can anyone tell me the perfect platform for it ?

I'm a little confused by your question - are you saying you built your website on WordPress.com - this is a hosted (and limited) version of WordPress - if you want to have full control over plugins and other features / settings you need to use the self hosted (WordPress.org) and either get Managed WordPress hosting where WordPress is installed for you or a cPanel account where you can then install and configure WordPress on your own.
