"This site can’t be reached" error then site loads after sometime

From few days I am facing this issue with my site pcriver.com.When I am opening it on my pc it opens up in seconds. But when I am opening it from amazon virtual desktop pc first it gives error  This site can't be reached but after some time it opens up. I am having this issue only in google chrome browser and everywhere else it is working fine. I cleared cache from wordpress dashboard. Cleared my browser cache still the problem is not fixed.

There is no A record for your domain, please add an A record...

The PC might have pulled your website or domain from it's local cache...

Flush DNS and try again!, your domain will not resolve...
